Upcycled in the Kitchen

Reinventing and reusing old or worn items is the greatest feeling.  When the reinventing process is easy and simple, it is even better.

This ipad stand for the kitchen is a prime example of ingenuity and creativity.  A cutting board, old trowel and piece of trim molding is all it takes.  This wonderful invention comes from Homeroad.net

Now, I don't have an ipad, kindle or laptop.  When I get a recipe from the internet I print it out and bring the paper to the kitchen.  This is fine except that the paper usually gets dirty and I end up throwing it away.  I think I would make this with a binder clip attached to the front with a plastic sleeve.  I could put the paper in the sleeve and have it clipped so I can read it easily.  The recipe will stay clean for use another time. What do you think?

Have a great Thursday!

Meanwhile .... keep it simple and make it real.
