I know that most people are thinking ham or lamb recipes for this weekend. Both are great but having either does not exclude popping in with some shrimp. I would eat shrimp for any occasion. Its versatility makes it a go to food for me.
As usual, I have gone to Blog Chef for an easy, delicious recipe. It can be made in a flash and will satisfy all seafood and sweet cravings. CH told me that this was a "keeper" - his highest form of praise.
