Food on Sticks

So, it is getting warmer and thoughts of easy, simple foods are whipping around because who wants to be stuck in the kitchen when it is so beautiful outside?   Putting together kabobs or single dippers is so easy and delicious that you might just get inspired by what I am about to share.
 
 
Be forewarned, the pics of these foods are good enough to eat in themselves.  Take a look.
 
 
Scallops wrapped in bacon
 
Bacon-wrapped scallops - Preheat oven to 425°F; rinse scallops under cold water; cut bacon strips in half and wrap each scallop; skewer 2–3 on a skewer and sprinkle with smoked paprika, seasoning both sides.
