The Making of Slim Mints

This how-to post is going to be my downfall because Girl Scout Thin Mints are my favorite cookie.  These "Slim Mints" are a wonderful copycat version.  I am in heaven!

I hope you try these and perhaps give them as gifts at Christmas.  Any you don't want just send to me.
