Growing Stuff

Even though I have a black thumb and can grow only dust, I persist in posting about growing stuff.  I think I am trying to imbibe gardening talents through these posts.  It isn't working, but .......

Look closely. See what it is?  A disposable diaper!!

 

According to "Lady Bird ln", putting a disposable diaper in a planter/pot keeps the moisture in place - especially if one is a gardener who forgets to water.  Go here for all the particulars.  Such ingenuity!

This is a potato box.

 

 

According to "Tipnut.com", you can grow 100 pounds of potatoes in a four foot square box.  Talk about container gardening!!! This post contains several methods for doing this incredible crop growing.  Take a look here

 

 

Please let me know if you try either of these or if you have already tried with or without success.  I would love to know some results.

 

 

Meanwhile ...... keep it simple and make it real.
