Stuff for the Kitchen

Happy Friday!

Do you remember a little tirade I went on about hating plastic wrap?  I have discovered a product that, according to the review, is a very viable alternative to plastic wrap.

It is called "Bees Wrap" and was created by a stay-at-home mom from Vermont, Sarah Kaeck.  The sheets are reusable, except if used for meat.  Take a look at the review written by Dana Velden by clicking here.

Chicken thighs are my go-to choice when preparing chicken recipes.  The simplicity of the cooking method pictured below is fantastic.  I have done baking boneless, skinless chicken thighs in the oven all my adult life as a base to a recipe and added anything and everything to make really good meals.  Take a look.
